Job summary

SLR Consulting is seeking two Pursuits and Bids Coordinators to join our Growth team. Reporting to the APAC Strategic Pursuits Lead, these roles offer flexible base locations across Australia or New Zealand.

You will coordinate the bid process from EOI to final submission, ensure compliance, manage documentation, and support cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, client-focused proposals. Ideal candidates are highly organised, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or other work-winning activities.
• Experience working in a bid, proposal, marketing or business support environment.
• Strong document management, editing and quality assurance skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
• Experience working with technical and multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality bid and qualification documents.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the end-to-end submission process, from Expressions of Interest (EOI) through to final tender submission.
• Interpret tender requirements and assist teams in developing compliant, client-focused submissions.
• Manage, compile and quality-check compliance and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate submission inputs, reviews and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support bid planning activities, maintaining schedules and tracking progress against key milestones.
• Work with technical teams to tailor CVs, project references and supporting documentation to specific opportunity requirements.
• Liaise with consortium partners, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency across submission materials.
• Coordinate responses to client clarifications, information requests and addenda during the tender process.
• Support submission production activities, ensuring alignment with SLR standards, branding and quality expectations.
