Job summary

SLR Consulting in Wellington, NZ, seeks two Pursuits and Bids Coordinators to join the Growth team. You will coordinate end-to-end bid activities, ensuring compliant, client-focused submissions across the APAC region, while collaborating with technical specialists and leadership to drive high-quality proposals.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of bid/tender experience, strong organisational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' relevant experience.
• Experience supporting bids, tenders, proposals or other work-winning activities.
• Experience working in a bid, proposal, marketing or business support environment.
• Strong document management, editing and quality assurance skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and tendering processes.
• Experience working with technical and multidisciplinary teams to prepare high-quality bid and qualification documents.
• Excellent attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end submission process from Expressions of Interest to final tender submission.
• Interpret tender requirements and assist teams in developing compliant, client-focused submissions.
• Manage, compile and quality-check compliance and administrative documentation.
• Coordinate submission inputs, reviews and approvals to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support bid planning activities, maintaining schedules and tracking milestones.
• Work with technical teams to tailor CVs, project references and documentation to opportunity requirements.
• Liaise with consortium partners, subcontractors and internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure consistency across submission materials.
