Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience managing product portfolios.
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions and lead cross-functional projects.
- Lead new product development from concept to launch with Technical, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
- Use market insights, customer feedback and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
- Support commercial success through data-driven decision-making and business case development.
