Job summary

Paratek Pharmaceuticals seeks a Specialty Sales Representative to own a multi-product portfolio in a field-based role. You will engage Podiatrists, ENTs, Allergists, PCPs, Dermatologists, and other healthcare professionals to drive appropriate product adoption for NUZYRA and XHANCE, while balancing priorities across territories.

You will use clinical and business insights to plan territory strategy, build trusted relationships, and execute differentiated selling strategies that maximize growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of sales experience in complex, consultative selling.
• Experience in life sciences or healthcare sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory as a business, driving growth and strategizing portfolio priorities.
• Drive adoption and utilization of NUZYRA and XHANCE within the territory.
• Build strategic relationships with prescribers and healthcare stakeholders.
• Execute consultative selling with clinical and product information.
• Develop pull-through strategies to support patient access and utilization.
• Use data and insights to adapt territory and portfolio strategies.
• Maintain strong clinical and product knowledge across a multi-product portfolio.
• Meet sales, call-plan, and performance objectives.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and cross-functional partners.
• Ensure compliance and accurate CRM documentation.
