Job summary

VMO is seeking a Commercial Partnerships Coordinator in Auckland to support the NZ Commercial Director and help drive client satisfaction by ensuring accuracy and timely processing of submissions, reports, and coordination with external contractors on key projects.

You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, create documents for commercial proposals, handle client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, and prepare site visit bookings.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Experience in an administrative position (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Create and process documents pertaining to commercial proposal needs and requirements.
• Coordinate key development projects with internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle client enquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Create mock ups for screen formats and placements.
• Booking and confirming site visits.
