Job summary

Profitable Tradie in Auckland is seeking a Sponsorships & Partnerships Manager to build long-term partnerships, grow the brand and drive commercial opportunities. You will identify sponsors, craft packages and negotiate deals, while expanding the partner network across finance, HR, software and services.

You’ll create value for members, lead partnerships programs and work with events, marketing and coaching teams to turn opportunities into measurable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sponsorships, partnerships or business development (B2B sales).
• Ability to build relationships from a cold start and engage decision-makers.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Clear communication and compelling value proposition selling.
• Organised with a sizable pipeline and long sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential sponsors and create compelling sponsorship packages.
• Pitch opportunities, negotiate agreements and manage relationships from first contact to renewal.
• Develop Profitable Tradie Partner Network with providers across finance, HR, software and services.
• Explore partnerships via podcasts, webinars, content, events and cross-promotions.
• Represent the Profitable Tradie brand externally and create value from opportunities.
