Job summary

FMG Insurance in Wellington is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to shape the experiences, frameworks, and initiatives that enable FPJ thrive now and into the future. You will partner across the business to drive organisational development, leadership capability, talent and culture, embedding practical solutions aligned to FMG’s strategy.

Qualifications

Significant experience in organisational development, leadership development, talent, culture or capability.
Minimum of five years’ experience in organisational development and implementing OD strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, evolution and embedding of organisation-wide OD initiatives and frameworks.
Partner with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and build a pipeline of future talent.
Support development of FMG's performance, talent and succession approaches to stay contemporary and effective.
Shape culture, values and mindsets that support high performance, engagement and belonging.
Bring external insights and translate best practice into practical FMG solutions.
Champion and embed FMG's strengths-based approach to help people perform at their best.
