Job summary

FMG is seeking an experienced Organisational Development Lead to shape the experiences, frameworks and initiatives that help FMG thrive now and into the future. You will partner across the business to lead organisation-wide development initiatives, strengthen leadership capability, and build a strong talent and succession pipeline.

Job description

We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the experiences, frameworks and initiatives that help FMG thrive now and into the future.

Partnering across the business, you'll lead and influence organisation-wide organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organisational performance, talent and succession outcomes, and the culture and mindsets that enable our people to do their best work. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to embed practical, impactful solutions that build capability, support our strategy, and help ensure FMG remains fit for the future.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading the design, evolution and embedding of organisation-wide organisational development initiatives and frameworks.
  • Partnering with leaders to strengthen leadership capability and grow a strong pipeline of future talent.
  • Supporting the ongoing development of FMG's performance, talent and succession approaches to ensure they remain contemporary, effective and aligned to our strategy.
  • Helping shape the culture, values and mindsets that support high performance, engagement and belonging across the mutual.
  • Bringing external insight and leading practice into FMG, translating it into practical solutions that deliver meaningful outcomes for our people and business.
  • Continuing to champion and embed FMG's strengths-based approach, helping individuals, teams and leaders perform at their best.
About You
  • A minimum of five years' experience working in Organisational Development including the development and implementation of organisational development strategies.
  • Knowledge of organisational development best practice and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with proven ability to work effectively with leadership teams, senior leaders and across various business units.
