We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development Lead to join our team and play a key role in shaping the experiences, frameworks and initiatives that help FMG thrive now and into the future.
Partnering across the business, you'll lead and influence organisation-wide organisational development initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, organisational performance, talent and succession outcomes, and the culture and mindsets that enable our people to do their best work. You'll work closely with leaders and teams to embed practical, impactful solutions that build capability, support our strategy, and help ensure FMG remains fit for the future.

You’ll bring significant experience in organisational development, leadership development, talent, culture or capability, along with a track record of successfully partnering with leaders to deliver organisation-wide change and capability outcomes.
