Responsibilities

• Design and implement future network solutions to improve customer outcomes and operational performance.
• Develop network strategies, capability roadmaps, and operating model recommendations.
• Use data, forecasting, and scenario modelling to evaluate opportunities and solve complex business challenges.
• Partner with senior leaders across Operations, Commercial, Finance and Technology to influence strategic decisions.
• Lead initiatives that improve network capability, efficiency, productivity and service performance.
