Tip Top Bakeries, part of George Weston Foods, is seeking a Key Account Executive to support our Pies & Savouries portfolio across major NZ retailers. You’ll assist with planning, promotions, and reporting while building strong customer relationships.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring 3 years’ FMCG sales or buying experience, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on, growth-focused opportunity within a iconic NZ brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales or buying role, FMCG preferred.
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a drive for results.

Responsabilités

• Support customer relationships and in-store engagement across key accounts.
• Assist with joint business planning, category reviews, and new product listings.
• Manage promotional portals, pricing, and deal funding.
• Monthly reporting on account performance and tactical opportunities.
• Support trade spend planning and P&L reporting.
• Liaise with Field Sales Teams and conduct store visits.
• Ensure promotional systems and forecasting tools are accurately maintained.
