Job summary

Open Country Dairy Ltd. is seeking a practical Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator in New Zealand to support inventory accuracy, warehouse activity and stock visibility across our third-party warehouse network.

You will report to the Group Logistics Manager and connect sites, logistics providers and internal teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations. The role involves monitoring inventory balances, coordinating stock transfers, investigating discrepancies, supporting month-end stock

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in warehousing, inventory control or logistics.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with third-party logistics providers.
• WMS or ERP experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory balances and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate stock transfers, warehouse bookings and operational instructions.
• Investigate discrepancies, adjustments and reconciliation requirements.
• Support month-end stock reconciliation and export container loading.
• Maintain compliance records, seal controls, SOPs and work instructions.
• Act as a first point of contact for third-party warehouse providers.
• Prepare inventory, warehouse performance and issue tracking reports.
