Job summary

Vitaco is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our East Tamaki and Penrose distribution operations in New Zealand. You will oversee a team of leaders and staff across 3 shifts, driving safety, efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer service outcomes.

The role reports to the NZ Distribution Manager and requires a proven track record in fast-paced warehouse environments, with strong leadership, process improvement, and ERP/WMS experience. Full NZ working rights are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leadership experience in warehousing, logistics, or FMCG distribution.
• Strong people leadership skills with coaching and development experience.
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transport coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing warehouse team across multiple sites and shifts.
• Foster a culture of safety, engagement, and accountability.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and achievement of DIFOT and customer service targets.
