Job summary

Bidvest New Zealand Limited invites applications for a permanent WMS Stock Controller based at our Queenstown distribution center. You will help manage stock accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support stock control improvements across the site, working with our Warehouse Manager and Operations Manager.

The role requires experience in warehouse operations, attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and basic WMS.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations (pick/pack, despatch, inwards, replenishment).
• High data accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Experience with WMS and RF scanners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate stock records in WMS (REAL Time – Bid IQ).
• Record goods leaving the warehouse and report daily discrepancies.
• Investigate missing or damaged items and log actions.
• Support stock counts, cycle counts, and full stocktakes across all areas.
• Collaborate with Purchasing, Inwards, Dispatch and Warehouse teams.
• Ensure stock count sheets and documentation are clear and accurate.
