Job summary

Responsibilities

• Formulating and administering growth and strategy policies to increase market share in Dunedin.
• Establishing and directing operational and administrative procedures.
• Implementing and monitoring budgeting and accounting strategies to operate at budget or surplus.
• Providing advice to senior management and owners on direction and growth opportunities.
• Preparing strategic roadmaps for future development based on market trends.
