Job summary

Dodson Group is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead the full accounting cycle, strengthen the finance function and drive ERP improvements. You will oversee a four-person finance team, manage month-end, and provide detailed reporting and insights to the CFO and leadership.

The role emphasizes system enhancements, process automation, and strong governance to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting and finance experience.
• Proven ownership of month-end close and management reporting.
• Strong technical accounting, reconciliation and financial-control capability.
• ERP systems knowledge; Epicor is a plus.
• Leadership experience developing finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the complete month-end close processes.
• Prepare and consolidate management financial statements (BS, P&L, cash flow).
• Provide variance analysis and insights to senior leadership.
• Manage annual audit process and liaison with external auditors.
• Maintain internal controls and compliance with reporting requirements.
• Drive systems/process improvements and automation with ERP.
