Qualifications

• 5+ years in software delivery, release management or DevOps.
• Experience across multiple teams and lifecycle stages.
• Ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve non-prod environments, release readiness practices and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline transition from idea to production.
• Define environment strategy, governance, and lifecycle for dev/test/UAT environments.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce friction and improve delivery metrics.
