Job summary

Bluecurrent is seeking an Environment & Delivery Enablement Lead to shape and continuously improve non-production environments, release readiness practices and delivery ways of working that support our software teams across development, testing, integration and UAT environments.

You will collaborate with teams to improve how change moves from idea through to production, influencing how we work and strengthening delivery with real impact across Bluecurrent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software delivery, release management or related discipline across multiple teams.
• Understanding of SDLC, environment lifecycle, release and deployment practices.
• Experience leading process improvements to reduce friction.
• Ability to influence and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of delivery metrics and automation approaches.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement environment strategy and operating model for Dev/QA/UAT environments.
• Improve reliability, visibility and governance with health data and outage communications.
• Establish release standards and readiness practices across teams.
• Build and maintain test data capabilities including masking and provisioning.
• Remove bottlenecks by standardising, enabling automation and improving flow.
