Job summary

Tribe Group in Auckland CBD is seeking an accomplished delivery leader to oversee end-to-end delivery across a large Operations digital portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders to shape roadmap, priorities and outcomes, and drive delivery health, reporting, governance and benefits realisation.

You will coach and lead a team of PMs and BAs in a fast-paced, regulated setting, blending agile and hybrid methods to deliver meaningful outcomes across a broad portfolio.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in portfolio-level project/programme delivery leadership.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Confident governance, budgeting, risk/issue/dependency management.
• Able to blend agile and hybrid delivery pragmatically.
• Proven people leadership: coaching, performance and capability building.
