MBIE is seeking a Release and Environments Manager to coordinate software and platform releases across multiple workstreams in Wellington. You will own release planning, ensure smooth deployments across environments, and drive process improvements while partnering with cross-functional teams to keep environments current and fit for purpose.

The role requires 5+ years in release/environment management, cloud/SAAS experience, and a mindset for automation.

Qualificações

5+ years' experience in Release and Environment management including modern deployment practices using Azure Services, Pipelines, Containers, and Service Virtualisation, as well as on-Prem processes.
Experience with automation and integrating workflows is an advantage.
Experience with SaaS products and cloud tenancy modelling is required.
Agile and DevOps delivery methodology/experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

Plan and coordinate software and platform releases across multiple workstreams.
Ensure releases are delivered without service interruptions across environments.
Work with teams to keep environments current and fit for purpose; review and update processes regularly.
Improve ways of working and champion efficient release practices across stakeholders.
