Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to own key projects that improve online customer experience and operational performance. You’ll drive initiatives across Quick Commerce, Click & Collect and Standard Delivery, coordinating with tech, marketing, retail and analytics teams.

With strong project management, change management and data analytics skills, you’ll translate complex data into actionable opportunities and lead stakeholders across a large co-op to deliver

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience across multiple initiatives.
• Strong change management and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical skills with large datasets.
• Experience in eCommerce, retail, IT or consultancy environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from business case through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Develop plans/roadmaps and coordinate technology, resources and investment.
• Build relationships across retail, insights, operations and stakeholders.
• Work with data reporting to identify trends and opportunities.
• Navigate competing priorities in a complex Co‑op environment.
