Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island’s Foodies brand is seeking an experienced Online Manager to lead ecommerce initiatives and optimise the online shopping experience and delivery performance across Quick Commerce, Click & Collect and Standard Delivery. You’ll manage programs from business case through delivery, coordinating technology, resources and investment to drive measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple initiatives from initiation to delivery in ecommerce/retail IT.
• Proven ability to influence across functions and senior levels.
• Strong data literacy with ability to translate insights into actions.
• Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from business case and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Drive change from idea to delivery, defining roadmaps and coordinating technology and resources.
• Build cross-functional relationships with retail, customer insights and operations.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities and translate into business insights.
• Navigate competing priorities in a complex co‑op environment and keep projects aligned.
