Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island Limited, trading as Foodies, seeks an experienced eCommerce Manager in Auckland to own projects improving online customer experience and operational performance. You will lead initiatives like Quick Commerce, Click & Collect and Standard Delivery, guiding strategy from idea to delivery.

You’ll collaborate across retail, customer insights and operations, using data to drive decisions and secure buy-in from senior stakeholders. A dynamic, flexible environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project or Programme Manager
• Ability to influence across functions and senior levels
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, IT or consultancy environments
• PMI or PRINCE2 qualifications preferred but not essential

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from business case and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Drive change from idea through to delivery with roadmaps and required resources.
• Build strong relationships across retail, customer insights, operations and stakeholders for alignment.
• Work with large datasets and reporting to identify trends and translate into insights.
• Navigate competing priorities in a complex Co-op environment with clear communication.
