Job summary

Foodstuffs North Island is seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to own key online initiatives. You will lead projects from planning to delivery, align technology and resources, and work with retail, insights and operations to drive improvements in the online customer experience and operational performance.

You will navigate a complex cooperative environment, influence stakeholders, and leverage data to identify opportunities and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple projects or programmes from initiation through delivery.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and influence across functions.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and ability to translate into business insights.
• Experience in ecommerce, retail, IT or consultancy environments is advantageous.
• PMI or PRINCE2 qualifications are preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from business case and planning through to implementation and benefits realisation.
• Develop project plans and roadmaps; align technology, resources and investment for outcomes.
• Build relationships across retail, customer insights, operations and other stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Work with large datasets, spot trends, and translate into actionable insights.
• Navigate competing priorities in a complex Co-op environment with clear communication.
