Lyra Technology Group’s operating company The I.T Team is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team in Christchurch. This role focuses on building trusted client partnerships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of valued clients.

You’ll help customers navigate challenges, introduce new solutions, and drive long-term engagement in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
• Strong ability to build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of clients.
• Lead regular client reviews, providing strategic guidance and technology recommendations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, escalations, and renewals.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing client outcomes and expand services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term account growth.
• Maintain accurate account records, reporting, and client documentation.
