• Five+ years in senior leadership within clinical transformation or health infra projects.
• Experience with large capital programmes (>$100M) and complex stakeholder groups.
• Degree or postgraduate qualification in health leadership/management.
• Project management certification or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of NZ health sector and health design.
• Ability to engage with clinical networks and governance.
