Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is seeking an infrastructure delivery executive to lead a nationally significant, multibillion-dollar portfolio of hospital redevelopments and programmes. Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience delivering major, complex infrastructure projects or portfolios.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects, programmes or a substantial capital portfolio.
• Strong governance, assurance, risk management and executive-level reporting capability.
• Exceptional stakeholder skills with boards, government agencies and technical specialists.
• Ability to operate across strategy and delivery, linking design, procurement, commercial management and operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the delivery and oversight of a nationally significant portfolio of high-risk projects, including major hospital redevelopments.
• Collaborate with regional leaders, clinical stakeholders, government agencies and consultants to ensure safe, predictable delivery.
• Develop and implement a national delivery framework and centre of excellence.
• Build leadership capability, establish consistent ways of working and foster a collaborative national delivery system.
• Travel across major project sites within New Zealand to oversee portfolio performance.
