You will translate the approved business case into practical service and workforce solutions, ensuring the new facility delivers its intended models of care and benefits.

You will work with senior leaders and iwi and partners to manage change, training, resourcing and benefits realisation, while navigating complex risks and reporting to governance groups.

Qualifikationen

• Five+ years leadership experience supporting clinical transformation or health infrastructure projects valued at >$100M.
• Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in health leadership/management.
• Project management certification or equivalent with change management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NZ health sector and ability to engage senior clinical leaders.
• Proven senior-level experience managing complex risks, budgets and delivery timelines.
• Understanding Te Tiriti o Waitangi obligations in leadership practice.
