Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join our People, Performance and Culture Group and help our organisation change well. You’ll lead change management for strategic projects, partnering with leaders to help our people adopt new systems, processes and ways of working.

You’ll assess impacts, identify training needs and build capability to navigate change successfully. This is a mentoring role within the team, balancing change across the organisation while improving

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading significant, complex change across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grounding in change management practices, methodologies and frameworks.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills for diverse teams including senior leaders.
• Strong influencing skills in high complexity, cross-organisational environments.
• Practical, inclusive approach to training, support and adoption.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for diverse audiences.
