Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced Corporate Change and Communication Advisor in Hamilton, New Zealand. This fixed-term parental leave cover role focuses on helping our people understand, adopt and succeed through organisational, process and digital change.

You will develop practical change and communication approaches, assess readiness, engage stakeholders and equip leaders to support adoption.
