Hamilton City Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join the People, Performance and Culture Group. You will partner with leaders and teams to guide people through organisational, digital and sector change, ensuring capacity, timing, and dependencies are managed for sustainable results.

You will support readiness, training, and capability building while mentoring the team to balance change across the organisation and improve adoption.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading significant, complex change across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong grounding in change management practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
• Exceptional facilitation and communication skills to connect with diverse internal teams, staff, and leaders.

Aufgaben

• Lead change management activities for strategic projects and initiatives.
• Help people adopt new systems, technologies, processes and ways of working.
• Moderate change across Council by considering capacity, timing, dependencies and cumulative impacts to deliver sustainable change.
• Support leaders to assess impacts and readiness, identify training and support needs, and build capability to navigate change successfully.
• Act in a mentoring role within the team to balance change and improve adoption, reducing risk and delivering better outcomes.
