Job summary

Martin Brower ANZ is seeking a Storeperson for our Distribution Centre in Canterbury. You will perform warehousing duties, handle orders across dry, chilled, and frozen lines, receive and rotate stock, and load trucks while keeping safety at the forefront.

We value teamwork, attention to detail, and flexibility for shift work. A forklift licence is advantageous, and pre-employment checks apply. Competitive pay, loadings, and employee benefits are on offer.

Day to Day you will:

• Performed general warehousing duties, including precise picking of dry, chilled, and frozen orders, receiving, storing, and rotating stock, loading trucks, and managing incoming deliveries


• Assisting with stock rotation as well as inventory and cycle count procedures


• Maintaining positive communication with customers, co-workers, and management


• Ensuring a safe work environment in accordance with company guidelines and relevant legislation


• Participating in product recall procedures and using all material handling equipment correctly

About You:

• A team player with attention to detail and advocate for safe work practices


• Reliable with a positive demeanour


• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and food safety principles is an advantage


• Willingness to undertake shift work and overtime as needed


• Forklift licence/certificate (MHE) including high- reach would be advantageous


• Ability to meet the role requirements and undertake pre-employment medical (including Drug and alcohol) testing
