Job summary

Martin Brower ANZ in Canterbury seeks a Storeperson (Warehouse Operator) to join our Distribution Centre. You will handle dry, chilled and frozen orders, stock rotation, receiving, and loading deliveries in a safety-first environment.

You will contribute to inventory control, maintain open communication with customers and team members, and participate in recalls while using equipment correctly. Shift work and pre-employment testing may be required.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence or certificate (MHE) including high-reach would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) and food safety principles is an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake shift work and overtime as needed.
• Ability to meet role requirements and undertake pre-employment medical testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehousing duties including precise picking of dry, chilled, and frozen orders, receiving, storing, and rotating stock, loading trucks, and managing incoming deliveries.
• Assist with stock rotation and inventory/cycle counts.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, co-workers and management.
• Ensure a safe work environment in line with company guidelines and legislation.
• Participate in product recalls and use equipment correctly.

Day to Day you will:
