Job summary
Laminex New Zealand, part of Fletcher Building, is expanding with a Business Development Manager to drive new business and specification across residential and commercial projects in Christchurch and beyond. Qualifications
- Experience in building, construction, interiors, or architectural sectors.
- Proven ability to identify, win and convert new opportunities into sales.
- Strong strategic and commercial acumen to convert insights into growth.
- Hunter mentality with proactive approach to opening doors and creating opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement with architects, designers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop demand strategy to grow residential and commercial business.
- Build and expand opportunity pipelines with Specification and Sales teams.
- Analyse market trends to refine Laminex's market position.
- Engage architects, designers, builders and developers to drive preference.
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Category teams to launch products.
- Attend industry events and specification sessions.
