Job summary

Signature Floors, a Beaulieu International Group company, seeks an experienced sales professional to strengthen its New Zealand presence in architecture, design and specification. Based in Auckland, you will develop commercial business with architects, interior designers and major project stakeholders, managing relationships and guiding projects from early specification to quotation and conversion.

You will travel nationally as required, maintain a strong CRM pipeline and present our flooring

Qualifications

5+ years' commercial sales, specification or business development experience.
Strong relationships within architecture, design or commercial interiors.
Understanding of the commercial specification process.

Responsibilities

Develop commercial specification sales and grow volume with architects and designers.
Manage relationships with architects, interior designers, developers, and end users.
Identify projects early and influence product selection and design.
Present our commercial flooring capabilities and custom design options.
Develop new accounts and opportunities and manage pipelines.
Oversee projects through specification, quotation and conversion.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.
Monitor major projects, market activity and design trends.
Attend industry events and network; travel nationally as required.
