Job summary

Ravensdown is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join the Te Puke Service Centre team. You will help keep customers happy and operations running smoothly, from blending bulk fertiliser to processing orders and selling to customers.

Flexibility is required with weekend and peak period hours. Experience in store/yard work and a willingness to learn Raven down's stock management system will help you succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Health & Safety focused with a safety-first attitude.
• Customer service experience and strong people skills.
• Able to use tablet/computer and Ravensdown system.
• Forklift/front-end loader experience is welcome but not required.
• Physically fit and able to work in yard environments.
• Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Blend bulk fertiliser and operate heavy machinery to support site operations.
• Process computerised orders and assist customers at the service centre.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with yard duties as required.
