Job summary

Ravensdown Napier is seeking a Plant Operator to safely operate our manufacture plant and help achieve planned production targets. You will work with a team on site, handling conveyors and machinery with training provided where needed.

The role requires physical fitness, mechanical aptitude, and good communication. A full driver’s license and a willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, are important. Ravensdown offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible in alternating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Experience in manufacturing or process plant environments.
• Good communication and teamwork required.
• Basic computer literacy and a valid Full Driver's License desired.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the manufacture plant to achieve planned production levels.
• Ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operation of equipment and processes.
• Maintain production records and assist with routine maintenance and safety checks.
