Job summary

Sime Darby Transport (NZ) Ltd is seeking a Distribution Store Person to ensure the accurate receiving, storage and dispatch of products at our Waterloo Park distribution centre. You will manage inventory, coordinate timely deliveries and support smooth supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented and a reliable team player who can lift up to 25kg and hold a forklift licence or be willing to obtain one. Shift is Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting up to 25kg.
• Current forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to meeting targets.
• Team player who embraces company values.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders promptly.
• Handle inbound inventory: receiving, quality checking and put-away.
• Support inventory management with cycle counts and stock adjustments.
• Complete required documentation and system updates as needed.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties as required.
• Work efficiently to meet or exceed daily output targets.
