• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Train and mentor store staff on operational procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
• Assist in the implementation of store policies and procedures.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during operational hours.
• Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Act as a point of contact for staff and customers in the absence of the Store Manager.
