Job summary

Bendon Limited, Whangarei, is seeking a Store Manager to lead a busy retail location. You will coach a focused team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and create an inclusive, confidence-boosting environment for customers and staff alike.

You will drive sales, maintain visual merchandising standards, and report to the Regional Manager to ensure store success through strong leadership and team collaboration.

40 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday roster

• Running the daily operations of your store-leading, coaching & inspiring your team
• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert
• Creating an inclusive & uplifting space where every woman feels confident
• Smashing KPIs, merchandising like a pro & keeping the store looking flawless
• Driving success with the support of a dedicated Regional Manager
