Bendon Group in Whangarei is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager and lead the team with energy and confidence.

You'll deliver a warm shopping experience, manage stock, merchandising and KPIs, and help customers find the right fit. A 12-week induction and staff discounts await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Energetic, confident and passionate about helping customers feel great.
• Willingness to coach and support a team to achieve KPIs.
• BRA-FIT certification is an advantage.
