Bendon Group in Riccarton, Christchurch seeks a Store Manager who loves retail, builds great teams and empowers women. Lead daily operations, coach your team, and create an inclusive space where every woman feels confident.

You'll smash KPIs, merchandise like a pro, and maintain a flawless store look, with support from a Regional Manager. 40 hours per week, Tue–Sat roster, with a comprehensive induction and many development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to coach and motivate staff to achieve KPIs.
• Know-how in visual merchandising and store presentation.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations and lead, coach & inspire the team.
• Maintain a flawless store appearance and strong KPI performance.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to drive store success.
