Job summary

Bendon Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Lambton Quay, Wellington store. You will lead a dynamic team, drive sales, and foster an inclusive, confident shopping environment for women. This role emphasizes coaching, branding, and delivering outstanding service.

The position requires overseeing operations Tuesday to Saturday, with a 40-hour week and a focus on KPI delivery, team development, and store presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail store management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to lead and develop a diverse team to achieve KPIs.
• Strong focus on customer service and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and team performance.
• Coach and inspire staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Drive merchandising execution and visual standards.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and inventory in collaboration with leadership.
• Partner with Regional Manager to execute growth plans.
