Job summary

Bendon Limited in Wellington is seeking a Store Manager for our Lambton Quay store. You will lead daily operations, coach a passionate team, and create a culture that empowers women, delivering unforgettable customer experiences.

You’ll become a BRA-FIT certified expert, smash KPIs, merchandise like a pro, and collaborate with a Regional Manager to drive store success. The role is a 40-hour week, Tuesday-Saturday roster, with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team and managing store operations.
• Ability to coach teams and drive KPIs.
• BRA-FIT knowledge or certification preferred.
• Commitment to an inclusive, uplifting store culture.

Responsibilities

• Run daily store operations and lead the team to deliver great customer experiences.
• Coach, inspire and develop your team to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Maintain on-brand merchandising and store presentation to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager to drive store success.
• Create an empowering space for every customer that enters the store.
