Job summary

Bendon Limited in Christchurch is seeking a Store Manager for the Riccarton store. You will lead a retail team, coach and inspire, and empower women while delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role requires running daily store operations and achieving KPIs, with support from a Regional Manager.

This position offers a 40-hour weekly roster from Tuesday to Saturday, an induction programme, staff discounts, and bonus incentives when budgets are met.
