Job summary

Bendon is seeking a Fixed Term Store Manager for our St Lukes store to cover a maternity leave. You will lead daily operations, coach and inspire your team, drive merchandising excellence and smash KPIs with support from a Regional Manager.

You'll become a BRA-FIT certified expert and create an inclusive, uplifting space where every woman feels confident, with a 12-month fixed term ending July 2027 and a generous onboarding programme.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail store team.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop staff to achieve KPIs.
• Strong merchandising and store presentation skills.
