Job summary

Bendon Albany is seeking a Store Manager who loves retail, builds strong teams, and is passionate about empowering women. You will lead daily operations, coach and inspire your team, and create a culture your staff and customers adore.

This role runs 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday, with a focus on great customer experiences, KPI delivery, merchandising, and support from a dedicated Regional Manager.

• Becoming a BRA-FIT certified expert.
• Creating an inclusive and uplifting space where every woman feels confident.
• Smashing KPIs and keeping the store looking flawless through strong merchandising.
