Job summary

Bendon Queenstown is seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and coach a team in a dynamic retail environment.

With apparel retail experience and BRA-FIT certification, you’ll support the Store Manager on rosters, merchandising, KPI delivery and customer service, while delivering a best-in-class fitting experience for our customers. The role is 32 hours per week, Sunday to Thursday, with a 12-week induction and store discounts.

Qualifications

• Retail and apparel experience is required.
• BRA-FIT certification helps deliver best customer experience.
• Ability to coach and mentor team on daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager on all operational aspects.
• Lead and coach the team on Store Manager RDOs.

Using your prior retail and apparel experience to train and help coach your team on the daily

Becoming a BRA-FIT certified to ensure our customers receive the very best experience

Learning the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting

Exceling in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs
