Job summary

Bendon Group in Otaki is seeking a Store Manager who loves retail, builds great teams and is passionate about empowering women. You will lead daily operations, coach your team and create an inclusive, uplifting space where customers feel confident.

You’ll drive KPI performance, merchandising excellence and flawless store presentation, with the backing of a dedicated Regional Manager. A 12-week induction and ongoing development support your growth.

40 hours per week - Tuesday to Saturday roster.
