Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager in Auckland to lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive sales performance. You’ll coach and develop a team of Retail Assistants and an Assistant Store Manager, ensuring brand standards and visual merchandising excellence.

You’ll spend time on the shop floor, inspire the team, and partner with HR and regional leadership to optimise performance and results across the store.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience as a Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering results and creating exceptional customer experiences.

About The Role

The Store Manager is the ultimate Pandora ambassador. In this role, you’ll immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product range, taking real pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll spend quality time on the shop floor, engaging with customers and working alongside your team to drive results. You’ll also lead, coach, and develop an Assistant Store Manager and a team of Retail Assistants.
